We were with some friends when the first siren began to wail, quickly followed by the countless others. In less than a half hour, everything changed: the television and the radio announced horrible news. We decided to take shelter at our neighbor's house which was much safer. We just had to cross the street.
But THEY were already there...

Our shelter is Safe for now. Unfortunately our food supplies are not going to last long. We've decided to arm ourselves and go explore the surrounding houses. We cannot come back empty-handed...

I have never seen such horror. We thought we were ready... we weren't. Sixteen of us set out to retrieve supplies, only seven returned. The Padre... my god, we burned him alive to save ourselves. What have we become?
Some of us that "made it" just aren't the same. They got bit, but didn't turn. They don't eat, and they smell like death, yet they still fight. Niether human nor zombie... what are they? Some at the camp are scared they will turn at any point and kill us all. But how can we turn our backs on our friends. Besides they use none of our resources and still fight for us. For now we'll just watch them closely...

Skinner Zombies are more dead than alive, and cutting them in half doesn’t stop them. Failing to kill them with critical blows turn them into Crawlers, half-zombie horrors.

Driven by a pack mentality, Seeker zombies hide among other zombies and fly into frenzy as they get closer to their target. When survivors finally understand they are being circled, it’s too late…

A Walker stinks, it’s nasty and it’s slow.
If you think Walkers as the less dangerous of zombies, you are wrong. They’re the most numerous around and are often overlooked in favor of their more aggressive brethren. And once they’re on you, you realize they’re too numerous to be killed.

Maybe it’s a mutation or something reflecting their inner nature, but inmates turned into zombies are hardened in a nightmarish way.

Maybe it’s a side effect of radiation, a mutation, or just something nasty they ate, but Toxic Zombies have something in their blood. Going up close and personal with them isn’t a good idea.

Skinners prove that even zombie may age. They don’t need most of their organs anymore, and can prove hard to kill. Even cut in half, they keep on chasing you

Big, bloated and tough, Fatties are hard to put down. Each Fatty spawns with two Walkers alongside him.We like to think Fatties were natural born leaders or bosses of some sort in their previous, normal life. That would explain why Walkers tend to stick to them.

Berserker Zombies have grown scales all over their bodies and are impervious to ranged trauma Any bullet their plating doesn’t stop have little effect anyway. Berserker Fatties come with an escort of two Berserker Walkers.

When you hit Toxic Zombies, they release some kind of toxic stuff. It’s in their blood, and it sticks around. Simple exposure irritates skin. Breathing or swallowing it can be lethal. Watch out for your eyes, too. Toxic Fatties come with an escort of two Toxic Walkers.

Skinner Fatties require both potent weapons and a careful aim to be killed. The remaining fat can stop bullets, and their uncanny resistance can turn them back to zombie crawlers!

Amped up for some reason, these guys move twice as fast as Walkers.
Runners are really agile and aggressive. They hide behind other zombies, especially fatties, and can kill anyone in the blink of an eye.

Berserkers are so bloodthirsty they could even lose a limb or two under heavy fire and keep on running toward you.

Nobody knows why these Zombies’ blood got so toxic. Personally, I think it’s the food. Eating mall food for so long can’t be good.

Skinner Runners have been chasing humans for months, and prey is getting scarce. If you see one, shoot it immediately, and make sure it’s dead for good. It’s so bloodthirsty it could keep on chasing you as a crawler.

NOT man's best friend! They are fast and viscious and they hide behind the other zombies so you can't shoot them unless they're alone or in your zone, but by then it's usually too late!

Mutated beyond recognition, the Abomination is the Survivors’ worst nightmare. Only the most powerful weapons can kill this monster. A well-aimed Molotov will do the trick.
Abominations are zombie bosses, forces of nature only the most potent of weapons can kill. If one of these monsters sees you, prepare for real trouble.

The best way to deal with a berserker is face to face. The plates are arranged such that you can hit them in vulnerable spots relatively easily. A berserker never dies easily, though.

The Toxic Abomination has a special game effect: all standard Zombies standing in its Zone can become Toxic Zombies.

With its long, mutated arms, the A-Bomb Abomination can grab its preys on long distances and pull them amidst a zombie swarm. Moreover, regular weapons have no effect on such a monster. The only way to get it is with a Molotov cocktail!
